What happened

On 29 October 2026, Italian actor and singer Michele Morrone — the face of Netflix’s 365 Days franchise — announced on Instagram that he was joining Subs.com, a paid subscription platform for creators. The same day, Subs.com published an official press release on PR Newswire titled “From global actor to shareholder: Michele Morrone takes a stake in Subs.com” (PR Newswire).

The key facts, all publicly reported:

WhatDetail
Date29 October 2026

RoleCreator and part owner (shareholder)
Price$19.99 per month, as listed on his page
Content promisedExclusive photos, videos, professional shoots, behind-the-scenes moments, personal updates, possible live video calls
ContextFollows Megan Fox, who joined Subs.com and became a co-owner earlier in October 2026

In the press release, Morrone said: “I’ve never been interested in following the rules. I want to create my own. Subs.com gives me the freedom to connect with my fans in a way that’s real, personal, and completely mine. And becoming an owner makes this much bigger than just launching a page.”

Subs.com founder Tim Stokely said Morrone was “exactly the kind of global star we want building the future of Subs.com” (PR Newswire).

TMZ reported that he announced the page with a shirtless photo set on Instagram and promised fans a more intimate side of him, adding he may do a live video call with fans (TMZ). Indiatimes quoted his caption: “I want to create something different. A private space where we can be closer, where you can get the chance to have a LIVE VIDEO CALL WITH ME” (Indiatimes).

What is Subs.com?

Subs.com is a subscription platform, launched in May 2025, that lets creators charge fans directly for exclusive content and contact. Its founder, Tim Stokely, is best known as the founder of OnlyFans. The platform allows both adult and non-adult content — and that detail is exactly where the confusion started.

Being on a platform that allows adult content is not the same as making adult content. Plenty of celebrities, athletes and musicians use paid fan pages for photos, behind-the-scenes clips and chats.

Where the “porn” rumor came from

Within hours of the announcement, accounts on X were posting clickbait headlines claiming Morrone was “entering the porn industry”. Indiatimes looked into it and concluded the opposite: his move is “a business move into the celebrity creator economy, not an announcement that he is pursuing a career in adult cinema”, adding that “it would be inaccurate to explicitly claim that Morrone is ‘entering the adult content industry’” (Indiatimes).

Neither the press release, nor TMZ, nor his own page says anything about adult films.

Who is Michele Morrone?

Michele Morrone is an Italian actor, singer and musician. He became a worldwide name playing Massimo Torricelli in Netflix’s 365 Days and its sequels The Next 365 Days and 365 Days: This Day. According to the Subs.com press release, his career also includes The Housemaid, Guy Ritchie’s The Gentlemen for Netflix, being the face of Dolce & Gabbana, a music career with close to a million monthly listeners, and the upcoming Maserati: The Brothers alongside Anthony Hopkins and Al Pacino.

In other words: a mainstream actor with a growing Hollywood career.

My Take

This section is my personal opinion, based on 14 years working in the adult industry. It is not a news report.

I’ll say it straight: I think the porn rumor is a lie. I don’t believe Michele Morrone is going to do porn, and I don’t think it will ever happen.

It simply makes no sense. Look at where his career is right now: Hollywood films, a big movie with Anthony Hopkins and Al Pacino, fashion campaigns, music. Nobody in that position throws it away to shoot adult scenes. It would be bad for his career and it would become a huge controversy — studios, brands and sponsors would run. I’ve spent 14 years in this industry and I know how it works from the inside: going from mainstream to porn is a one-way door, and someone with his career doesn’t walk through it.

What he did is something very different, and actually smart: he opened a paid fan page and bought a piece of the company. That’s business. Sexy photos and a shirtless shoot are not porn — they are exactly the image that made him famous in 365 Days.

And there’s something else people need to remember. Today, with artificial intelligence, anyone can fake anything — a clip, a “leaked” photo, a screenshot of a headline, even a quote. If you see a video or a post “proving” he’s doing porn, be very careful before you believe it or share it. Check the source. If it isn’t from him, his team, or a serious outlet, assume it’s fake.

My honest opinion is that a lot of people are using his name to get clicks. A famous actor plus the word “porn” is the perfect clickbait. It brings traffic, followers and money to the accounts that post it — and none of it is true. He is the one paying the price for other people’s engagement.

So: enjoy his page if you’re a fan. But don’t believe the porn story. I don’t.

The bottom line

Michele Morrone launched a $19.99/month page on Subs.com and became a part owner of the company on 29 October 2026. There is no credible report that he will make adult films; the “porn” claim comes from viral posts on X, not from him or the platform.
